We here at Canipervita are breeders of the stunning Dogue De Bordeaux. We believe strongly in breeding for health type and temperament and are truly dedicated to all aspects of this outstanding breed .

All our dogs are raised and live within the home making them calm ,balance, friendly ,devoted Dogues                                                                                                                                                          

Canipervita is a small family run kennels situated in Brighton on the south coast, we live within a few miles of the beaches and only yards away from the green fields and woodland areas, where as a family we go with our Dogues .

Our name Cani-per-vita comes from three little Italian words meaning ... Dog for life …and it was chosen in Italian due to the Italian blood in our family.

The Dogue De Bordeaux is an absolutely outstanding breed, and I for one truly wouldn't want be without my little babies.

                                                                         

 My Pet Shame ,sky 1............

 Canipervita Kennels was approached by Tigeraspect Productions recently to take part in a tv programme for Sky 1 called My Pet Shame  The programme was dealing with all sorts of animals and their embarrassing problems and behavioral issues . A small part of the show was dedicated to breeding and where and how to find reputable breeders and the kind of things prospective owners should expect from a breeder and the kind of questions they should feel free and at ease to ask the breeder,as well as being prepared for the question a good breeder will also ask the new prospective owners . Canipervita kennels was chosen to take part for this segment of the show .They came to our home to film our very own Saffy Ann and her latest litter ,the filming shown was of Saffy Ann and her puppies all together, being handle and the calmness off the mum and puppies and how happy and well socialized they all were ,whilst the footage was being shown the production company overlaid the film with information on how to find a good breeder and how a well bred litter should look .We are very proud to have been asked to take part in this programme and that the TV Producers recognized our hard work and dedication to all our Dogues .                With a big variety of dog toys available, and so many that look like they would be a lot of fun for your dog, be careful in your selection

               It is amazing what a set of puppy teeth can do to an innocent looking toy, so, obviously ,safety is a major consideration .

               Be sure to to choose the most durable products that you can find .Hard nylon bones and toys are a safe bet and many are

               offered in different scents and flavors which will be sure to attract your dogs attention .Playing ball with your dog is fun and there

               are balls and flying discs that are especially made to withstand dogs teeth .
